What areas do you cover and how are deliveries priced?

We cover all of the Greater Toronto Area. You can type in an address in the order entry form at the top of the page to check if we cover your address. Deliveries are priced based on the service level required, the time to complete the route, the amount of kilometers to be driven, and the type of vehicle needed. You can get a quote in less than 20 seconds by entering your requirements at the top of the page.

What are the differences between your Rush and Standard services?

Rush deliveries are picked up within 2 hours of the order being placed and are delivered directly. Rush orders must be placed by 4pm to be picked up the same day, otherwise they will be picked up the next day by noon. Standard deliveries are picked up between 10am and 5pm, with deliveries by 9pm. Standard orders are same-day if placed before 1pm; otherwise, they are delivered the next day.

How does your real-time tracking system work?

When you place an order, you will need to provide a phone number for each address. Once the driver is on their way to your destination, a text message will be automatically sent to the recipient. The message includes a link to track the driver in real-time so you can know exactly when they’ll arrive.

What types of products do you deliver?

While we mostly handle luxury goods, we’re happy to deliver documents, retail items, or pretty much anything else. Please note that deliveries must be under 60 pounds.

How do I pay for a delivery?

We charge a credit card for each delivery. We accept all major credit cards, so it’s easy and convenient to complete your order.

Can I ship my products in branded retail bags?

Yes, you can ship in your branded retail bags. No need to box your items up—just send them in the bags as they are!
